REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At The Simple Shoppe, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped - we always make sure each candle is perfect for you. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment, simply send us a photo of the damage and submit it to The SimpleShoppe within 10 days of delivery.
Orders may be returned so long as:
- The order is unused, the candle has not been lit
- The order is returned within 10 days of receipt
- Personalized and custom products are not returnable.
If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a refund, just email us at email@example.com :-)
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
We ship with only the most reliable carriers in the United States including USPS and UPS. Once the package has left our shop, The Simple Shoppe cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we still want you to have the best experience possible, so we are here to help!
Please contact the carrier that was used for your order and see if they have any insight on the whereabouts of your package. If they are unable to assist, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to resolve.
