ORDERING + SHIPPING

We believe that shopping online should be easy and enjoyable, which is why we put so much effort into making sure our online shop evokes an awesome experience for you, having a great selection of smell-goods and good vibes.

SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT

We have a 48-72 business hours processing time for all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen. Business hours are from Monday to Friday, and any order placed over the weekend may be processed as soon as we return to the shop on Monday! Should need your order rush, please leave a note in your cart before checking out and we will try our best to accommodate.

 

Orders ship:

Economy Shipping: 1-7 business days after an order is placed.

Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days after an order is placed.

Express Shipping: 1 business day after an order is placed.

 

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves the shoppe.

 

The Simple Shoppe currently ships all orders via USPS or UPS from our shop in Westfield, NJ. 

 

NEW! LOCAL PICKUP

The Simple Shoppe is an online-only store however, we are happy to offer a local pickup option to our local candle addicts at our Westfield candle making studio.

Due to the pandemic, customers will be asked to select a time slot for their order pickup via text or email. Pickup hours are Monday - Friday from 12-5 pm only. Simply choose local pick at check out instead of shipping, once your order is ready - we will contact you to set up a pickup day and time. Local pick-up orders are typically ready within 24hrs but are not guaranteed to be ready within that time frame.

For the safety of our customers and ourselves, face masks are required to enter our studio, no exceptions. We are only about spreading good vibes, not germs.

 

GIFT NOTES

Are you sending candles as a gift? We have a cool feature on each product page that allows you to send a love note with the order for that special someone. Whether it's for a loved one, a friend or a simple thank you for someone on the front lines. We got you covered, whatever your kind thoughts may include, we will include a handwritten note inside the order so they know it's from you! We always encourage you to spread the joy to someone awesome.

 

It's simple - just check the box, type your note in the text box, then add to your cart. That's It! Oh, it's free of charge :-)

SALES TAX

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside the state of New Jersey.
